Brought to life with the Chardonnays from our terroirs on the Côte des Blancs, the Côte de Sézanne and Montgueux, this wine is characterised by its supple freshness. Our house’s emblematic cuvée is a champagne for all occasions and and refl ects the style of the winemaker : mineral focused.

Tasting

Marrying structure and freshness, this wine develops aromas of fresh butter and brioche. Characterised by its Chardonnay fruit flavour and straightforwardness, it is both a vivacious and generous Blanc de Blancs champagne.

AGEING: 6 months in stainless steel tank plus 3 years on lies

ALCOHOL: 12%

DOSAGE: Brut 7g/L

BOTTLING: 375ml bottles 

TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow robe. Its nose is airy, tangy and intense, with hints of yellow and citrus fruit. It has a finetextured effervescence and a fabulous balance. This structured wine is rich, supple and enticing. The full and generous finish is prolonged by a fresh touch making the moment linger.
