Delivery & Payment
DELIVERY ORDERS
Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation has been received. Delivery orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays).
Delivery will be sent via local courier service. A tracking number will be provided once the parcel has been dispatched.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time may vary depending on public holidays and unforeseen circumstances.
WEST MALAYSIA:
- Klang Valley: 2–4 business days
- Other states: 3–7 business days
EAST MALAYSIA:
- Sabah & Sarawak: 7–14 business days
ATTENTION
For all international deliveries, the purchaser shall be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and any required licences for regulated items (e.g. knives). We reserve the right and sole discretion in such matters.
We shall not be liable for any customs delays once the item(s) have been dispatched, or if parcels are detained upon arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.

For orders made via Internet Transfer or Direct Bank Deposit, please use the following details:

We will process your order once payment has been received in the bank account above. Please include your Order No. (e.g. xxx) in the transaction reference.

Orders that are not paid within 2 days from confirmation will be cancelled without prior notice.
GOODS RETURN
(a) ALADVE shall not accept goods for credit or rectification unless such return has been authorised by a director. Goods must be returned in original stock condition with original packaging. ALADVE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject returned goods, carry out repairs, or issue a credit note. A restocking fee may be charged for items not returned in original condition.
(b) The purchaser shall be responsible for the cost of outward and return shipping and insurance for all goods returned to ALADVE for service or credit. Goods remain at the purchaser’s risk until received by ALADVE. Proof of safe delivery rests with the purchaser.
(c) Items returned by pre-arrangement and found to have no fault will be subject to a 25% restocking charge, provided they are in original stock condition. Any reduction of this charge is at the sole discretion of ALADVE.
(d) No credit shall be issued until goods have been received in full.
REFUNDS
For refunds after payment has been made and the order has been processed, a 4% cancellation fee of the total amount paid will apply. This applies only to orders in processing status. Orders that have been fully shipped are non-refundable.
