Bolgheri DOC is an elegant, pleasant, balanced and extremely drinkable red wine. It is characterized by its spicy and fruity notes of cherry and plum, combined with balsamic sensations.

• Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Cabernet Franc 20% and Merlot 20%

• Period and method of the harvest: the last ten days of September.
• Vinification: pre-fermentation cold maceration (8/10°C). Temperature-controlled fermentation. Aged for 16-18 months in 225 It oak barrels, 1-2 months in steel tanks and finally few month in bottle.

• Taste: lively, with good acidity and persistence from the fine, harmonious tannins
