ALCOHOL : 12,5% vol.
PRODUCTION : Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 24°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in American barrique at least for 3 – 6 months.
COLOUR : Really elegant red wine.
BOUQUET : Intense fruity aromas of mature plums and cherry jam. Slightly aromatic with a finish of vanilla and cocoa.
TASTE : Smooth and full of ripe tannins.
PAIRINGS : It perfectly matches with aged cheese, pasta and pizza.
