ZENATO VALPOLICELLA SUPERIORE DOC 2010
From the historic wine-growing area in the municipality of Sant’ Ambrogio. A pleasant of youthful wine, delicate fragrances of almonds & violets. Dry yet with soft tannins & good structure. Enhanced with age.
The manual harvesting of the grapes is followed by de-stemming & traditional maceration for a period of 10 days in stainless steel fermenters. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is separated from the skins with gentle pressing & aged in 50/75 hectolitre oak casks for about 12 months.
Corvina 80%, Rondinella 10%, Sangiovese 10%.
